We are an on-site event catering company. This means we shop fresh for your event and prepare it just for you. We can recommend menus that have your budget and your guest's taste in mind. We make what you like, not just what we have. Call us and we can make a convenient time for you to meet with us at our shop. Ours is made with lots of tender artichoke hearts blended with a mixture of 3 cheeses and seasoned just right to wake up those taste buds. This is a taste treat for those who enjoy the wonderful blend of fresh basil and garlic plus other fresh ingredients to make this delightful spread. Served with toasted French baguette rounds.

All beef wieners served with all the sides: pickle relish, Chopped onions, ketchup, and stadium mustard. Boneless chicken marinated in our secret marinade then covered in a honey glaze and served with pineapple rings. Get out your Hula Skirt. Tender breast of chicken marinated in our Robesto's Italian Dressing then grilled just right.

Boneless skinless chicken breast coated with seasoned bread crumbs stuffed with two cheeses then rolled to keep all that gooey cheese on the inside. You won't want to miss a bite. A tender breast of chicken coated in a special breading and baked till perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Ours are made with 100 % fresh ground beef topped with mushrooms and Monterey jack cheese. Comes with hand breaded boneless chicken breast topped with smoked ham and melted Alpine Lace Swiss with a hint of honey mustard. Our juicy oven roasted beef is thinly sliced and comes on the side with our natural au jus and horseradish sauces.

1 - Prepare all vegetables by Chopping Red Pepper, Onion, Yellow Squash, or others as desired. 2 - Pat dry chicken on paper towel, transfer to wax paper sheet and season with salt, pepper, onion powder & garlic powder. 5 - Add to skillet onion, yellow squash, & red bell pepper season with salt pepper, onion powder & garlic powder and saute till tender.
