The properties i have rented have been great! I rent in leadville at least 1 to 2 times a year for many years! These people take care of business! very rare

I booked a home via their website, paid the entire amount, got a confirmation e-mail. A month later on a hunch reached out to the property manager for the home and found out that the home had already been booked by another agency. I don't know who was at fault, the property owner/manager or Aspen Leaf, but needless to say, I would have been in a terrible fix if I hadn't double checked the booking.
Aspen Leaf was very quick to refund my booking. I am thankful for that.
