Heading West on I-70, take exit 195 for CO-91 S toward Copper Mtn/Leadville. Continue on 91 S for 22 miles; CO-91 becomes US-24, then Harrison Avenue, and goes through downtown Leadville. Office will be on your right, at corner of Harrison and 7th St. Heading East on I-70, take exit 171 for US-24 E toward Minturn/Leadville.

Leadville is nestled in the valley between the beautiful Sawatch and Mosquito Ranges. Summers are mild, we have roughly 250 sunny days a year, and snow can happen in any month! Average annual snowfall is over 115 inches, whereas rainfall is only about 18 inches per year. Winters are not "bitter cold" despite average highs around 32° F because humidity is so low.
