With a community made up of over 87,000 golf enthusiasts and over 360 member clubs, Mass Golf is the seventh-largest state golf association in the country.

The long, colorful history of golf in Massachusetts has been shaped by people of genius, innovation, perseverance and dedication. For more than 100 years, the people, places and passion of the Bay State have worked to promote the interests of golf, to better conditions of play, to provide fair and open competitions and to illuminate for all golfers that rules and customs of a game to which the word "honor" clings like a golf glove to the hand.

In 2003, the Massachusetts Golf Association proudly opened the doors to the William F. Connell Golf House & Museum in Norton. Located on the grounds of the TPC of Boston golf course, the facility serves as home to the state's top amateur golf organizations as well as to the organizers of the Dell Technologies Championship.

The USGA has served as the national governing body of golf since its formation in 1894.
Hall Of Fame & Museum

The Massachusetts Golf Hall of Fame & Museum was established in 2002 to celebrate the rich and storied history of golf in Massachusetts and to preserve and honor the legacies of those who have made an indelible mark on the game of golf in the Bay State and beyond. Since its founding, the Hall of Fame has inducted 17 individuals divided into three different induction classes (2002, 2014 & 2016).
