Probably one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. I would HIGHLY recommend against using this company. Techs show up without any notice of appointments. Techs don't know anything about common bugs. A tech set a trap for a mouse in my house, said he would come back to retrieve it, and then forgot to do so. Same tech said he would get info on an unusual bug problem, but I never got any follow up. The online chat agents aren't able to service accounts, requiring extra time. Basically you're just paying someone to walk around and spray crap around your house. I moved

Resolution Pest is thebomb.com! They service my commercial kitchen and we have never had a problem. I decided to have them check out my home as I had a huge mice issue last winter. They explained everything and I signed up for a yearly plan. Great service, thorough explanations and results that make me happy. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

They did a termite treatment for us where we had significant activity and damage. They did the treatment last yr for us and haven’t seen anything since than. They also referred us to a carpenter that did the repair work which turned out good. We have since started using their quarterly pest service as well.

Rudy was polite and very professional.He explained everything that he did and reassured me that my pets would be safe. They answered the phone and were out the next day,on time. There is a 30 day guarantee Rudy offered to check in 10 days as I don't know what I am looking for untiI I see the whites of their eyes. Not only was the service great but their price was reasonable

I initially gave Resolution Pest a 1 star rating due to one bad staff that I had the displeasure of dealing with. However, after reporting this person to the company and complaining, they really turned things around and I saw a different side of the company and have been very pleased with the service and professionalism since.
