When I moved to the Palisades I had trouble finding a reliable dog walker for my dog Bella. So I saw a need for a trusted dog walking company and started my own. At Patriotic Paws Dog Walking (PPDW) we are dog people, but we are more than that. We actually know dogs. Our story began when I moved to a new neighborhood and couldn't find a dog walker for my dog, Bella. The recommended dog walkers were either over booked or offered all day outings with off-leash walks, not ideal for my reactive, senior dog. I knew there was a need for leashed one-on-one walks. I also knew I wanted to build a service company that I would use and trust with my own furbaby.

Dog walking candidates must be available during our primary hours, Monday - Friday 10 - 3. Please review our description carefully and before applying ask yourself if the owner would trust you to watch her dog. You must be willing to drive up to 20 minutes to get to a client and also drive a pet to the vet in the event of an emergency.

Let us give your dog a mid-day walk while you're at work and give you peace of mind! You will know that your pup is doing well and had the opportunity to socialize with their dog walker, get some exercise and/or playtime, and have a potty break. If you're having a long day at work your day will get better when we send you a post-walk update with a picture of Fido walking around the neighborhood or chasing squirrels!
