Did a kbb instant cash offer, and they contacted me with the offer via text message stating they wanted my vehicle so through text we talked and they were told every thing even the payoff amount once I called and got it, me living roughly 1 hour away I even ask if they were still interested they said please bring it down for a appraisal so I did, upon arrival the guy I meet was ok but the guy that he got to help me be the gm guy was off that I was told to ask for had no personality and seemed sorta rude, he took some pics and said he would show his boss and then came back with nothing more then

Tyler was easy to deal with, responsive to texts and phone calls, and worked quick to get me in the truck I wanted. Everything was done online and through a few texts and phone calls. In and out of the dealership in less than 30 minutes when I signed papers and picked my truck up. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I think this is a good dealership, but they have some bugs to work out in their service department. I called the dealership to set up an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, and they set me up for 12:45. I arrived at 12:20, and they told me that they dont do appointments for oil changes, and that it was first come first serve. It doesnt bother me that they dont have appointments. A lot of places are like that. What bothers me is that they let me make an appointment, and never mentioned it to me until I arrived there. I arrived at 12:20, and wasnt able to leave until 2:45

I refinanced earlier in the year. Suppose to got a refund on my gap insurance still havent received it yet. Corporate has did little to help out. Ive called and left my name over 20 times at least still nothing. The stock of cars are great though but business wise they get a zero
