My realtor chose AHI for my home inspection, they refused to go under the house because of possible rodent activity. I am not stuck with 8,000/12,000 in plumbing issues after owning my house around a year. I highly recommend finding a inspector that will do there job.

We requested and received a home inspection report from Advanced Home Inspections for a house in Longview for which we made a purchase offer. The inspection was meticulous, and the report was thorough and well organized. It itemized all inspected items and stated the condition of them, as well as any suggested additional inspections and recommendations. This report has saved us a lot of money by identifying deficient things (e.g dying furnace, less obvious water leaks, chimney issues, etc.) that we missed when looking at the property. Great customer service too! Thank you!
