Kissito exists for the Betterment and Care of Human Life. It is that simple. A purpose so broad would allow for many activities but our purpose is not to be all things to all people. Senior health has been the core focus of Kissito Healthcare ever since it's inception in 1989. We believe that a senior health mission requires an open minded and sometimes unconventional approach to meet the needs of the aging senior population.
This approach has led us down many paths and has allowed us to evolve from a traditional nursing home organization to a very diversified senior health organization that pushes the envelope on models of care, new innovative techniques to care delivery, and best of all an ever evolving mindset of how to deliver care and supports to seniors. 2 of our 8 facilities have received 5-Star ratings from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services rating system for health inspections, staffing, and quality measures.

For over 17 years, Kissito has operated six nursing Homes in Virginia and Arizona. Five of those facilities are American Health Care Association Quality Award Winners. Two of our nursing homes have received Medicare's prestigious 5-STAR Rating and all of our facilities meet our own rigorous quality standards.
