At 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu Muscle Shoals we understand the future lies within the hands of our children. We offer youth grappling classes for children ages 6 - 14 years old, which focus on the fundamentals of grappling. Our youth program runs year round in quarterly segments (January - March, April - June, July - September, October - December).
