Dansville Animal Hospital first opened its doors in 1984, giving the community of Dansville a veterinary practice that has stood the test of time. Since the practice was purchased by Dr. Ami Maloco and her husband Ruel in 2012, we have made it our mission to create a practice that goes above and beyond in veterinary excellence.
Meet The Team

Dr. Amalia Maloco earned her education from Kansas University and Central Luzon State University. She had experience working as a critical care and regular veterinary technician for 8 years before becoming a veterinarian. Her areas of expertise include preventive medicine for small animal, dentistry, routine surgeries, and soft tissue surgeries.

Firstly, our pets can't speak, they cannot tell us if they feel off color or unwell or have any other indicators of internal illness. We need to examine them every 6 months as well as run some routine screening tests to detect underlying disease BEFORE it is clinically apparent. Use the age chart below to find your pets age in "people" years and the screening testing recommended for each stage of his or her life.
