I used the consolidated cargo service from them, and I'm sure now this people know their business. Everything worked fine and on time, as expected. Their customer service is fantastic, too. It's a global company with very personal approach. Bad reviews are really doubtful for me now.

Try not to book any load with this company. They are so nice and communicative until you deliver their load. Once that happens they won't pick up the phone and just ignores you for more than 3 weeks. I still haven't got paid for load i did in the beginning of Dec. On rate sheet it says 3 days pay and when you tell them what they promised they dont say anything and just ignores you. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR THE HEADACHES
