The Hao-Q Asian Kitchen Restaurant at Far West Blvd was sold by its owner Young Quach to the Franco family from Austin, Texas this June of 2021 and will now have a new name which is Kapatad Kitchen and Cafe. We will continue to serve Young's popular Chinese dishes and will be adding some new Filipino dishes for you to enjoy.
Kapatad Kitchen and Cafe was a lifelong dream of the Franco family, a simple and humble Filipino family that migrated to Austin, Texas over a decade ago. The Franco family was originally from Santa Rita, Pampanga, a province in the Northern part of the Philippines which is known for its delicious food and great hospitality.
