Dr. Doug Callow prides himself on the family atmosphere of his Plymouth, MI dentist office. And it really is like a family. His office manager is his daughter. And more than half of the Callow Family Dentistry team were patients before they became employees. Cassidy has been a member of the Callow Family Dentistry family since she was born, but she began working alongside her dad at the young age of 13.

The atmosphere in the office is very positive. Very positive. I'm happy to be here. I'm happy to see the patients. I would say it's lighthearted. There's a little bit of laughing and joking that goes around at times, but everybody gets along and it's really a great group of people that we have working here.

We're not motivated to be the cheapest office out there; I've never made that my goal, but I've made it my goal to be the best dentist out there and the best dentist in this community and so, we do provide, or attempt to provide, our patients with the best care and painless dentistry, the best care possible.
