Shortly after graduating, Seth started a career in the construction field. After spending a year working for a general contractor, he began working as a sheet metal fabrication apprentice in Pueblo West. There, he became proficient in duct fabrication and installation in residential new construction.
He was also trained in the installation and operation of heating and cooling equipment, including furnaces, boilers, gas fireplaces and air conditioners. In 2011, Seth and his family moved to Berthoud, Colorado. There he continued his career as a HVAC service technician and installer. He got his North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certification as a heating and air conditioning technician, as well as his EPA license for refrigeration.

This 16 year old furnace and air conditioning system was starting to have issues due to a poor installation. Because of this, condensation from the air conditioner was not able to drain properly and ran down inside the furnace, causing damage to the electronics. Instead of putting costly repairs into a furnace that was nearing the end of the life expectancy, the customer decided to update the system with a new York furnace and Air conditioner.
