Mary is a great realtor. We tried someone else who wasnt getting it done and saw a friend that worked with Mary so we gave her a try. Through working with Mary in this tough market found a great house and got a great deal that Mary was instrumental in helping negotiate. I really felt like she was on our side and pushed for a better price instead of just trying to make a sale. Her responsiveness was incredible as was her knowledge and follow through. Once upon a time (read: January 2021) the wife and I decided to see what the LA housing market was all about after trying to find any sort of 3BR rental that didn't 2-3X our monthly housing costs. We met Mary at the first house we looked at in Highland Park and quickly realized that we were completely in over our head. Mary was friendly and patient as she took the time to talk us back from the cliff. We had a good connection with her and decided to continue to work with here. NOTE: when that house in Highland Park sold for $400k over asking we knew we were in for quite the roller coaster

Mary handled our sale from start to finish with excellence, confidence, authenticity, and competency. She was incredibly personable and exceptionally responsive (even at the most random hours of the day for some of the simplest questions or concerns). Mary also helped coordinate our improvements and renovations with various vendors using the Concierge program through Compass, which we were ALSO very pleased with. Due to Covid and the layoffs, we decided to make the tough decision and sell our house and relocate to a different city. It was very sad to leave our house and our friends.
