They’ll charge you for stuff that was in the house when you moved in, regardless if it was already there and you sent pictures before to prove it. Their service is bad, cannot comprehend or get anything done properly and timely after you move in. Gave them my address for the deposit they shorted us on, yet they still sent it to their address that we just moved out of... Thought I’d just leave it alone and let others know they won’t be seeing much of their deposits back or getting good service..... He said below they they reimbursed us.... Yeah reimbursed us a whole $30 out of over $500 that

I am very pleased with property solutions in Tahlequah ok, heather is very knowledgeable, and very professional, I’m a first time home buyer and knew nothing of how it all works.
She patiently brought me through the whole process , it was pretty much painless, and I don’t know I could have made through without her expertise, she was very friendly and courteous through the whole thing .i was able to close the deal pretty quick and I would not hesitate to call on her for any future needs.

By far the worst place I have come in contact with. They dont EVER respond back to you, through phone or emails. When they finally do get back to you, they treat you like your money isnt green and doesnt spend like anyone elses.
We inquired about a rental, sent an applicaton through and were told we could view asap. The next day we got a call back saying the place was already pending with someone who hadnt even sent an application through yet. TERRIBLE SKETCHY PLACE. AWFUL PEOPLE.
