Yoga Solace Club

Yoga Solace Club was established in 2013 with the vision of offering the quality and amenities of a traditional yoga studio at an affordable rate. Since then, YSC is proud to have helped introduce the benefits of yoga to numerous people, who have made yoga a part of their regular routine. YSC offers a full schedule, with classes from early morning to late evenings.

BEGINNER SERIES (Beginners) -- This course welcomes anyone who is new to yoga, or for those returning to practice after time away, recuperating from an injury, or just want to reinforce the basics of your practice this Beginner Series will benefit you. You will learn learn a detailed understanding of the architecture of the poses, as well as the underlying philosophy of the yoga practice.

Whether you're new and want to establish a basic practice or an adept practicioner and want to hit that next level, a regular private session is right for you. This session or sessions will be tailored to your individual needs and goals. Specialities will include: Injury Review and Prevention, Yoga as Therapy, and Step up Your Practice.

You can still count on Yoga Solace Club to be the Solace you need. At this time, we will still offer a virtual option for your convenience. Our YSC teachers will be here online to guide you through our virtual classes to help you stay healthy, reduce stress and keep you practicing! Please make sure you preregister at least 1 hour before class time, which gives us enough time to send you the link.
