I am a licensed and insured massage therapist who has been in practice since 2014. I feel very passionate about my profession and take my calling as a facilitator of client wellness seriously. An Ionia County native, I specialize in CranioSacral and Somato Emotional Release Therapies, Medical, Therapeutic, Relaxation, Infant, and Prenatal Massage Therapies, Body Talk Therapy, and Reiki.

CranioSacral Therapy: a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. Somato Emotional Release Therapy: Therapeutic process, used within CranioSacral therapy, that helps to release emotional energy from past traumas that have been retained, suppressed, and isolated in the body.
Session Expectations

These documents will remain confidential. The therapist will ask preliminary questions to gain an understanding of client's overall health and wellness goals. Collected information will help the therapist structure the session to best meet client needs. If receiving a CranioSacral or Reiki session, you will remain clothed and will lay on the table face up, with your head towards the door.
Cancellation Policies

If you are unable to give your therapist 24 hour advance notice you will be charged 50% of the regular fee for your missed appointment and will be unable to reschedule until the missed appointment fee has been collected. No-shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact, will be considered a no-show.
Kindred Circle Retreat

Restorative Wellness has partnered with Kindred Circle gathering and retreat space to provide Massage and CranioSacral Therapy sessions for its guests. Kindred Circle is a retreat and gathering space located on 10 wooded acres outside of Ionia, MI. The space allows groups to come together in a peaceful and welcoming environment to deepen connection.
