As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through FTD for delivery in the United States and Canada and on all FTD branded products. If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 10 days of receipt of your FTD order.

We used Decorah Greenhouse to select a floral arrangement for my father's funeral and they were incredibly helpful while we making such an important decision under a lot of stress and grief. Awesome people who weren't pushy.
I wish the same could be said for other floral shops in this town.

Great variety of flowers, plants and related greenhouse items such as memorial plaques and garden flags. Very thoughtful, kind, and helpful employees. Great place to visit - if they don't have what you need they will help you find it.

I am very impressed with their service and attention to detail. Jim was very professional and went out of his way to contact me regarding the delivery. He made sure the order got to my mom on time even though she wasn't home as planned to accept the delivery and it was too hot to leave the arrangement outside. To top it off the flowers were even more beautiful than the selection I had made online. I live in Texas, so I had placed the order through a floral service online and Decorah Greenhouses got the order. I'm definitely saving their number and calling them directly for orders in the future
