In Addition to our live classes, We have built a vast library of recorded classes that students can purchase as well. All classes at the Center for Iyengar Yoga are currently "hybrid" in-person and online classes. It has been said, "Success follows the one who practices yoga." at the center for iyengar Yoga we are committed to helping our students develop a personal (or home) yoga practice.
To support this, we offer our classes in a progressive, multi-week fashion (known as "Sessions"). Much like an University course, it is expected that "in-class" learning receives deeper exploration and integration via each student's personal practice.

Please be sure to indicate the class day and time for which you wish to register in your email. Complete payment for your class via our online store, the Venmo app (preferred), or with the Cash app (preferred). Both email and payment must be received by the Center before the information required to log-in to the class will be sent.
