I cant say enough good things about renting an office space here. Allison Chen was wonderful to work with and so prompt to return my calls. The office building is very professional and the kitchen was so nice to have. I would definitely rent from them again!

Pretty much the best real estate place ever. They also have rentals, which is where I lived. We rented an apartment and it was such a good location. They rent outside the Seattle area as well, we were in Bothell. I also want to say that they are so understanding and are helpful! We ended up moving pretty short notice and they were so nice about it. Theron was our agent and was always helpful and responded it every question that we had in a very timely manner. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I've been a business tenant with WPI for over 9 years. They have been the perfect landlord for me and my company. Allison and Shiao-Yen have been friendly, responsive, and reasonable. What I personally look for in a landlord is someone who can help me when I need them, is friendly and professional, but mostly leaves me to do what I need to do. WPI has been exactly that.
