I've been going for a few years, I've always thought he has THE BEST PERSONALITY. Then this year I went and was made to wait too long and walked out of 2 appointments because both times I was made to wait 35 min--I was super annoyed! Dr. Suzuki called me personally and apologized, he reimbursed me my money, and left me a week of contact lenses. I just don't think you'll find another provider that would have responded the same way. He really is a great provider.

Such a wonderful optometrist office with wonderful staff and Dr. Suzuki is the best! They have a great program for children who are switching to contacts where they offer classes on how to use and care for contacts.
