I called for quick haircut and they fit me in with Chris I cut 3 inches off blunt cut looks beautiful.She takes her time and is friendly .I will go back as I live so close great local salon ....

Absolutely awful customer service!! i came in to get a balayage and a blowout and the issues started when i first called for the appointment. the girl on the phone said their balayage is usually around $100 and i should have been suspicious hearing that price considering other places said a balayage costed $200+. i made an appointment anyways and the girl who did my hair was great, her name was toni and she was really nice and experienced. i ended up finding out that the price i was told was for the half head of the balayage, not the full head. it wouldve been nice to know that before coming

Just got home from my hair cut with Chris. I called this salon last week and asked if they did dry cuts. The receptionist said that they did. I asked the price, and she told me "$25 or $30, I don't remember. But definitely not more than $30."

Sounded good, so I booked an appointment for a dry cut on my long bob of fine blonde hair that I just had highlighted last week. I got to the salon for my 3:15 appointment at 3:17 because there was an accident on Montauk, which I called ahead to let them know about. I sat in the waiting area for 25 minutes and did not get into the chair

I hadn't gotten my hair done in forever! It was my first time today at Rosa Blu Salon and Martha did an excellent job! She took her time with me and gave me exactly what I wanted. She actually cares about her work, I can tell! Thank you, Martha! I'll see you again soon!

Martha is a spectacular hair dresser. She is up to date on all new products/services, highlights techniques and is wonderful to talk too. She is the best and I have been going to her from several other salons for seven years. Rosa Blu is lucky to have her on staff!
