This company did some great work for me but scheduling ahead doesn't mean anything and communication between their employees needs to be improved. My first project took a while to get done and was riddled with delays but I understood based on materials needed for the job. I also understand that you have to keep your employees working and existing customers happy. With my second project though on a dump trailer I scheduled a month a head and confirmed with the sales rep several times including the night before that we were a go. But I showed up early the next day and my job was cancelled/delayed
