Paragon Heating and Home Comfort Solutions lives up to the meaning of its name-Paragon- a model of excellence! This is the second home they have serviced for me and I know I can rely on them and trust their advice. Recently, the old furnace in this home gave out and Scott was here within a couple of hours after my call to help me. Our furnace broke down in the middle of Snowmageddon 2019! Scott from Paragon was able to come out the next day to diagnose the issue and recommend us the best fix. Instead of trying to upsell us on a brand new furnace, Scott was honest and suggested us to just replace the part which was covered under manufacture warranty. The whole process was fairly painless and cost much less than if we were to get a new one. Very happy with their honesty and prompt, professional service.
