Several years ago our family entered into an agreement with Nordaas Homes our home was going to be demolished and Nordaas was going to build us a new home. We spent considerable amount of money in obtaining permits, securing a loan, getting insurance, land survey, etc. After our old house was torn down it turned out that the soil was not suitable to build a new home. Nordaas never discussed with us that possibility. We were left without a home. We ended up buying a new house and our family has overcome the loss of our old home. When I tried to contact Todd Redig about getting back our $ 1,000.00

Todd was exceptional, he responded to my email and sent me a brochure. I think this company concept could be the future to home building. You can do as little or as much as you want on your own. I look forward to meeting with Todd to go over a home floor plan.

Awesome experience and such a nice family. They were so helpful and built us a beautiful cabin. We acted as general contractors and they were stellar in communication and delivered on all tasks. The plans were easy to navigate and they made all changes we requested. Great materials, construction and a superb value. Thanks Todd, you are great at what you do!
