Mike believes, "In life its not how hard you can hit, but how much you can get hit and keep moving forward." He graduated from University Nebraska Medical Center with a physical therapy degree in 1997. Mike earned the US Army Commendation Medal for service as a Calvary medic during the Battle of 73 Easting in Operation Desert Storm.
