Saydee ruined my hair. Color wasn't anything close to what I asked for plus it was very splotchy and uneven. On top of that, I asked for only a couple inches off my hair and expressed how i didn't want my hair short. She cut off my hair so its too my chest now. It was at the end of my hips beforehand. Very dissapointed and self concious now.

Tried going for a hot stone therapy massage. The site clearly offers it but the massage therapist had no idea what I was talking about. It's not offered here. Was hoping to have such an amazing massage, but instead, complete disappointment.

Whenever I get my hair done here the hairstylists always exceed my expectations!! I never have any issues getting exactly what I want! They always have great ideas as well!! I definitely recommend going to Hairchitects for all your hair needs!!

Had the first part of my bachelorette party here. We used their spa services: massages and facials, then a hair wash and blowout. Very relaxing and they gave us a deal for having a large group.

I have had nothing but great experiences at hairchitects, no matter what service I have received. Angel did an amazing job on my last visit and made me feel very comfortable. I have loved my experiences whether it be a massage, wax, a haircut, etc. This is such a nice Salon to have in New Prague!
