These 5 stars are for Mary! We visited the store today to get a design plan for a small condo kitchen remodel and Mary was just such a pleasure, I feel obligated to write about our experience. Firstly, we have been looking for new cabinets for our kitchen for 3 whole months and trying to get a consultation with anyone ,has been damn near impossible or 3-4 weeks out. and this is just for a consultation! after literally giving up and coming to terms that maybe this wasn't in the books for us, we had gotten a referral to check Mary out at Ceramic Tile Plus. To be honest, we had been here the 2 weeks

My favorite place to go for ceramic. The selection available for a quick job is better than Home Depot or Lowes selection in my humble opinion. If you have time to plan and order the selection choice ramps up to endless possibilities. The staff is great from the front entrance to loading. Super friendly, helpful, fast, knowledgeable and most important, cool. Easy to make friends with the staff. They all work as a great team I can see. Customer service was fantastic. The most impressive is every time I go in the owner is present and working. How often do we see that anymore? I am definitely a

I dont recommend buying from here. All their products are junk. Takes too long to ship and needs to be specialed ordered. Guess what? You cant return special ordered items. Worst customer service. Worst than Home Depot and Lowes. One of the ladies put the wrong order in and doubled our order. My mistake was that I didnt triple check their terrible work. Now I have extra tiles that will be going to the dump. Wasted my time, materials, and money. Thanks a lot Tylene, youre so good at your job. Not!

This was the only store on Maui that could order the natural stone tiles I wanted. Service was 5 star. The other 2 stores on Maui that carry tiles, well, the service is practically non existent.
