Tracy is the only one in the Rental Office that try to help you if you have a problem the rest of them lazy as hell & hardly answer the phone when you call

Please DO NOT move here. Rude office staff, the water gets shut off almost every week, no hot water for days at a time, dirty and noisy neighbors. I moved out more than a month ago and still havent received my security deposit. When you call they dont pick up the phone.

Sorry I gave 5 stars initially without knowing about their customer service. Honestly, the customer service is really bad. Leasing team doesnt care about the residents. Its really hard to get in touch with them over the phone and emails. Very disappointing.

I came by a few weeks ago to view an apartment and the leasing consultant was rude and unprofessional. She was not welcoming and caught a huge attitude when I refused to give her information that she didnt really need. She told me they had a policy to obtain your current and or previous address. Thats a lie. All you need is my name and the type of apartment I want. How many others will be residing with me and if I have any pets. Unless its the actual leasing application then you do not need my address. The fact that she would go to the extremes and say that there is a policy is completely

They are rude, accuse you wrongly, and you never going to get an apology. You probably get this treatment when you are living in a free apartment. Roof leaking, toilet leaking, roaches everywhere, and yet they will still accuse you of causing roof leakage for the beneath apartment. They always make you feel like you are lying, and if they figure out they are wrong, you wont still get any apology. All employees feel so superior. I received a call of getting kicked out (threat), they almost told me not to walk at night because the floor makes a terrible noise (old). Residence dont have a say

The grounds and apartments themselves look good but getting a hold of anyone for leasing is a nightmare. I have tried to get in contact with them to get information and no one ever responds. I have been emailing them for a solid month.

They have responded but they lied about what was available. -1 star for being deceptive. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
