Matt, Trent and the local Circuit team are phenomenal. They have been our go to IT guys for about 8 years now, answering our questions, answering our calls and providing the support as well as the computers and hardware on occassion. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else. HIGHLY recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Haven't needed a computer repair service in a while and happened to find this one via a Google search. The gentleman (Adan) working on my desktop and laptop was friendly, communicative and honest about the suggestions he made. I know enough about computers to get myself in trouble and another shop would have quoted me the price to fix my motherboard knowing full well the computer should have been scrapped. I hope that I don't need their services again but if I do I will definitely go back. All in all the process was pleasant and the prices reasonable. What more could you ask for?

I work from home and had an issue with my HP laptop. I brought it in, and it was repaired withing 24 hours! Best service and they went above and beyond to explain what they fixed and were patient with my questions.

After a series of terrible things happening in the last few weeks, I awoke on Tuesday, after 3 hours of sleep, to see the laptop stuck in some sort of updating loop. Feeling certain that nothing else could possibly go wrong, I went with denial and went to work. Imagine my surprise when I was heading home and my husband informed me he was unable to perform a factory reset. ;) So I turn to Yelp, and this was the first listing I called. The staff was very professional on the phone, and very helpful with answering my questions. I was told a diagnosis would be $50 and then that cost would go towards

Used Trent a year ago because everyone else there was useless. Now he doesn't even return phone calls. Get the endless blue sky excuses. "Have to go to the airport" lol This place is so unreliable. Finally went to Geek Squad. Called like 5 times. No return phone call. How they stay in business or why - who knows?
