Lakeside Physical Therapy consists of a family of 4 offices across Sussex County. Our founders, Dr. Metodio "Pampi" Pamplona, PT, DPT and Rowena Pamplona, PT, DPT, husband and wife, earned their bachelors in Physical Therapy from Our Lady of Fatima University (Valenzuela, Philippines) in 1999 and their Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Dominican College in 2018.
After immigrating to the United States in 2000, they set their sights on dedicating their services to the communities around them. Their devotion to health and wellness soon culminated into the formation of a physical therapy family - that grew, and grew, and grew!

Pampi is the head physical therapist at Lakeside Physical Therapy Laurel and Astra Care Physical Therapy Georgetown. With his deep passion and commitment to his career, he enjoys working with patients and leading them through their journey back to health. But along the way, he assures your stay with us in therapy will be filled with probably too much humor.

An initial evaluation is typically 1 hour; your physical therapist will take the time to fully investigate your circumstance to determine the best plan of action. Follow-up visits will depend on the treatment plan you are assigned, though they are usually between 45 minutes to 1 hour. This will depend on the PT's initial evaluation.
Wellness
Report
The Wellness Program is offered to graduated patients who have met their physical therapy goals but would like to maintain a healthy lifestyle through the full use of our physical therapy gym under therapist supervision. Wellness patients are provided an exercise regimen by the physical therapist that is flexible to patient preference.

Our offices are excited to begin this new chapter in our journey to wellness - we are now offering home physical therapy services to the communities of Sussex and Kent Counties! Our therapist, Pampi Pamplona PT, DPT will be delivering home pt services outside of the office. We will be covering most areas of Sussex County, and households in Milford and Harrington of Kent County.
