Typically, I avoid calling in someone to fix things in my house because they usually don't finish the job, or they rush the project and don't listen to my concerns, and I end up having to do the job myself anyway. Alex from Lucky's took the time to address all of my concerns and then dealt with the home warranty report afterwards in a speedy manner so I could get a replacement unit. Great guy, great service! Thanks again!
