Made an appointment for today. The appointment was for an oil change, to get my snow tires put on, and to turn off a check engine light. They forgot to do my oil change. I told them that my check engine light was for an emissions leak and I was told it was probably the gas cap by my brother in law but was recommended to have the dealership double check. They came out and told me they were pretty sure it wasn't the gas cap but it was an emissions leak and they would run some test.couldn't figure out what the leak was and then told me it was probably the gas cap. But I still had to pay for the tests

Bought a soft top for my gladiator and loading it in my truck and scratched my tailgate they said it's a truck and it's gonna get scratched last time I go there! Go to stevens point if you are gonna get stuff or get a vehicle they are better

We stumbled upon our first Jeep at Petersens. Im in love with it! Bruce was super patient and the least non-pushy salesman weve dealt with when looking at and purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Petersens for a great experience. We will probably be making the 2.5 hour trip back to your dealership when we are in the market for the next Jeep because it is well worth it!

Very reasonable price for repairs for a dealership. (I'm used to overpaying for everything in Chicago.) Everyone was polite. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it
The only add-ons were extra services I wanted (oil change since I was there.) To be perfectly honest, of I need a repair again, and I'm able to drive the vehicle here from Chicago, I'm tempted to do it!
