This carpet company claimed they would get the pet smell out of our carpet - we had two dogs and no other pets. They came through twice the first time they lied about doing a pet treatment. They told our renters one thing and us, the owners another. The second time they went through and did the pet treatment but somehow the smell got stronger. We called a different carpet company to come through 2 days later And in their opinion Acme has done absolutely nothing other then spray water in the carpet then charge us $200. The company pulled 3 grocery-bag-size full bags of pet dander out of the carpet

I was very impressed with the service and quality of work completed. They replaced the carpets in the entire home. The price was very reasonable, with good communication from the office. The integrity of the installers and company was great. I got a call telling me the existing pad was in good shape and did not need to be replaced, even though the estimate included a new pad. I am out of town and they could have done whatever they wanted and I would not have known the difference. I highly recommend this company for carpet replacement
