Dorothy Ann Bakery is a third-generation family-owned and operated business rooted in the Twin Cities area for over 70 years. Established by Ed Durin and Dorothy Ann in St. Paul, the bakery transitioned to Wally Grochowski in 1951, who expanded its reach before passing it to his daughter Joan and her husband Steve Conway in 1982. Today, Joan, Steve, and their daughter Colleen continue the tradition of crafting high-quality cakes, cupcakes, and desserts for weddings, events, and daily enjoyment.Our commitment to excellence has earned recognition as Best Bakery by the Woodbury Chamber of Commerce and Mpls St. Paul Magazine. Almond raspberry torte and Boston cream pie are absolutely delicious! You can't go wrong with anything you choose at Dorothy Ann Bakery! Love the gluten-sensitive bakery items too, very yummy!

Dorothy Ann's is an amazing bakery. I found them when I got married, the prices are comparable to everybody else, even big box companies. I can give my order and they will recreate exactly what I had in mind. I drive 45 minutes for my cakes through Dorothy Ann's Bakery.

Great cake and cake pops. Friendly stuff. Got a cupcake from them so good. Once again got my son's birthday cake there he had a Halloween theme since his birthday is October. Cake was great really good chocolate cake. I got the taco cookies really good. They're very nice. I definitely get more cakes and cupcakes from them.

Fabulous selection of donuts, cookies, cupcakes and various other seasonal treats. The staff was great and there was plenty of room to social distance. We got white chocolate mochas as well, which were delicious. We would definitely come back.

I am so thrilled they finally opened again for indoor seating. The staff is so welcoming & totally accommodating to their customers varied needs. The feeling is they sincerely care about making their patrons happy. And I didn't even mention the fabulous bakery items!!!

I couldnt be happier with the gender reveal cake they created for me! I called two other bakers, one never got back to me and the other couldnt take my request on such short notice! These guys manage to squeeze me in and get it done within 24 hours! And Im so glad they did :-) not only was the cake beautiful, It was absolutely delicious. Not too sweet, fluffy and extremely moist! I really feel like they care about their customers. They took such attention to detail while taking my order and really seem to care! They made it all the more exciting.

Amazing cup cakes, I do not even like cake and cup cakes but these cup cakes were absolutely amazing!!! Staff was very nice and prompt with drive up. If I could give 10 stars I would. Definitely will be coming back
