Made a phone call to send a floral gift to my daughter and her husband as they just had a newborn being so far away and asking for something really nice I was in question what all the money I spent would get. I received a picture after it was delivered and very well pleased with the great job they did putting everything together perfectly. I feel they went above and beyond to deliver a very special gift. I called Hoffman’s for a delivery for a colleague’s wife undergoing chemotherapy. Not being from the area, I wasn’t sure which local florist to use. I’m SO GLAD I chose Hoffman’s! Mary was absolutely phenomenal. I gave her my budget & she helped me curate a gift basket & floral arrangement to meet my needs. She went so far as to suggest items that would be beneficial for a chemo patient, such as Gatorade & hard candy. She sent a photo for review before delivering & even offered to have the driver go inside & set it up for the recipient. I’m blown away by the level of service. The arrangement

Ruined my Valentine's Day surprise. Ordered flowers online two days before Valentine's Day everything went through fine. The night before, I get a call from a number. I was sitting on the couch next to my girlfriend watching TV and I answer the phone. Lady on the other end says "Hello this is Helen from Hoffman's". My girlfriend heard everything. I literally face palmed right there. She called because she was having problems inputting my debit card info. She read all my card info back and the only thing she was putting in wrong was the expiration date. She was using 2011
