Report
Senior Solutions came highly recommended to us by my dad's estate lawyer. Attorney David McNair has been very helpful in navigating our family's complex eldercare legal needs and creating a financial "what if" Medicaid estate planning roadmap. I was particulary impressed by his excellent---clear, timely and actionable responses to a host of follow up elder planning questions that we had.

Medicaid Planning
Report
Nursing home care and long term care costs in Massachusetts are often over $150,000 per year. Medicare and private health insurance will only pay for nursing home care for a short time and not more than 100 days. Many people don't think that they will ever need nursing home care, but sometimes their needs cannot be met at home.
Estate Planning
Report
A will is a legal document that provides instructions to be carried out after your death. In a will, you need to decide who should receive your assets when you die. You also nominate a Personal Representative, who serves as the manager of your estate. He/she will pay your debts and distribute your assets according to your wishes.
