Kory was raised in Warren, Utah where he grew up on a dairy farm ran by his family. He attended Fremont High School, then later graduated with his degree from Salt Lake Community College. Shauna lives in Plain City with her Husband Cole and 4 awesome kids Cooper, Ty, Aspen, & Kaiya. She loves running, camping, hiking, boating, playing sports, and just spending time with her family.

Kory and his crew all know what they’re talking about, very punctual and on time, extremely thorough inspections, house came back with no major issues, they filled me in and even pointed out where everything is that I’m gonna need to know and took pictures and documented everything that I could possibly need to know. Kory and John were amazing. They were able to schedule our inspection immediately and we received a thorough copy of the report that same night! John was very detailed, thoughtful, and professional. He spent an appropriate amount of time walking us through the house and explaining his findings. He also allowed time for questions and gave us high quality answers. Do not use these guys! Every question I asked them about the home during the walk through they dismissed as not a problem, and then in turn all of those things needed to be fixed. These guys are beyond incompetent and cost me about a total of $11k to date, and it will be an additional $5-10k by the time I’m done.
When confronted about their incompetence they said “we can’t check everything, we’re only there for a couple of hours”. They didn’t check anything. Do yourself a favor and flush $300 down the toilet instead of using them. You’ll at least save yourself some time.

Marc was punctual and professional. We arrived 15 mins early for our appointment and he was there already. He was very thorough with the home inspection. He took his time explaining things as he walked us through the home. We are completely satisfied with the report which is of great quality. Received the invoice and report in less than 24hrs. Kory conducted our home inspection for our upcoming purchase, he was professional and prompt, super thorough. He gave us tons of information and frankly, time to ask questions about the property. He had excellent suggestions, and resources for specifics for the property. In this older property built in 1901, he fully understood the construction methods, down to particulars in the age of the wood floors. I had a great experience with High Mountain Home Inspections. John was able to come out to inspect the house the day after I called to schedule. He was very thorough with his inspection, and he was super nice.
Our inspector John was willing to answer any questions we had, he was extremely friendly and I was even able to follow up with him multiple times after the inspection with further questions.
