We had dreams of building an eco-friendly, custom, universal design home for our lakefront property. We researched builders, faithfully went to the Parade of Homes for a while, and were delighted to find Heartland Builders. They were enthusiastic about our vision and worked diligently with us to make our home a reality. We built our home with Rich and his team in 2015 and love our home as much today as when we moved in. Their attention to detail and planning through the whole process made building our home enjoyable with little stress. Great architect and interior designer provided the perfect floor plan and beautiful finishes. The "co-construct" software made selections easy and prices transparent as we were able to communicate with Heartland's team every step of the building process. We would not hesitate to build with Heartland again.

Heartland did an awesome job building our home! Very thorough in their process making it a stress-free home building experience (yes, I said stress-FREE!).
