New Patient

Dr. Burleson will perform a comprehensive exam looking to pinpoint the cause of the pain, and also rule out any reason the patient should not be adjusted. Dr. Burleson will then use the results of the exam to put together a treatment plan involving our world class therapy systems that best fits your injury or goals.
Insurance Information

It is absolutely fine if you are unable to give us your insurance information ahead of your appointment. If you are able to get us your information before your appointment, most of the time we will have your benefits information ready for you when you arrive. That is ok! We will work with you to find a treatment plan within the budget.
