Came in to have a consultation over my little brother having his braces removed too early because his bite was still off. Dr. Ostreicher immediately became defensive and rude. His initial response to learning I am a dental student was oh so why dont you do the work yourself? He was too focused on seeing the improvement in his work, while disregarding the fact that his work is not perfect. How does someone, as a professional, respond in a rude manner like that? Orthodontics is a very expensive field of dentistry that should aim for perfection, not just improvement. Overall, the office seems

Excellent Orthodontist! Seriously the best out there. I highly, highly recommend him. Hes extremely thorough, very patient , and explains everything. My teeth never looked better and Im so happy with the results! Office is great, up to date and very sterile. Dr Ostreicher is the best!

The worst experience ever! Doctor just walked away on me when I started asking questions! He didn't have time or desire to explain what is to be done he just wanted to do it, get his fee and be over with it. So rude! The office personnel was nice but the office itself is old, outdated and dirty...
