Physical therapy involves using various techniques to restore function. The function that can be lost could be caused by an injury, posture, generalized weakness, chronic pain, or simply getting older. The first session will involve diagnosis, treatment, and home program training. Typically requires 3 to 5 visits to get back to full function.

No, you may go to the booking page to schedule or call/text 507-933-0355 us directly to get onto our schedule. In physical therapy we incorporate massage into the treatment plan; however, we also assess and diagnosis musculoskeletal and movement problems that are addressed through techniques to regain full function as well as receive the benefit of muscle relaxation gained through massage.

Mankato Location: Park in front of BodiKey Physical Therapy at 285 Saint Andrew Drive, STE 200, it is the building that has CBD Centers and Andrews Family Chiropractic. Park in one of the two designated parking spaces in front of the building. Currently there is no front desk, so please if the therapist is not readily available, have a seat in the front waiting room.
