At the Center for Assisted Learning in Houston, Texas, we believe every student can succeed. We are a group of highly motivated and trained Learning Specialists offering customized, one-on-one educational services to students of all ages and abilities. Since 1996, we have been helping students in the Houston community to learn the skills and strategies that make them better learners.

ADHD Coaching

The purpose of ADHD coaching is to help students of all ages to develop strategies for attaining important life skills and achieving success. We offer coaching services to elementary age students, teens, young adults and professionals. These services are available over the phone, at the Center, in your home, or at your office.
Specialists

A learning specialist is more than a tutor. Learning specialists are educators equipped with the training and expertise necessary to work with students who experience challenges to learning. All of our learning specialists are professional, degreed teachers who have specific training and experience in working with students who have learning challenges.
Tutoring/Test Prep

Test Prep at Tutor 2 SuccessWhen students experience poor grades and have difficulty completing assignments, tutoring is the answer. Tutoring not only involves teaching specific subject content, it also includes a process of identifying ways to improve the student's ability to process, retain and express information.
Home Schooling

Summer Workshops

The Center for Assisted Learning provides Summer Workshops for kids grades K-12 as well as for adults. Private one-on-one and customized instruction are offered using mulit-sensory teaching techniques. Regular progress briefings with parents and optional assessment tests are also available. Sessions can be flexibly scheduled Mondays - Thursdays, 9am-7pm and Saturdays 9am-2pm throughout the Power Learning Workshop dates.
