I went here after reading reviews, an am very disappointed. It has been 3 weeks since eyeglass appointment an no one has called I have had to call them twice an both times told it will be the next week. After speaking again to them today my daughter glasses are still not in , an was told again it takes 7- 10 days. Well it's been 3 weeks March 4th today is the 25th , she then said she would call lab. I said okay , that was 2 hours ago an haven't heard back.

We really like Dr Duff and team. They are friendly, thorough and you do not feel like you are part of an assembly line. My husband said Dr Duff gave him the best prescription he's ever had and he has worn glasses for decades.

Been going to Dr. Duff and staff for years now. I work with metal and occasionally get metal in my eyes. They work me in like an emergency and always get relief. Great staff. Great Doctor!
