Prelims - If homeowner does not have floor plan finished and needs help with design, I can do prelim design for $400 - $900 dollars for one story jobs up to 900 square feet. Engineered by others, but not on plans. Add $250. Engineer requires 1/2 when plans are ready to go to Engineer, and the other half is due when complete.
