Hi, I was unable to edit my previous review so this is an update ( the second one ) to the one I had written previously. The company apologized, offered a partial refund if... I would write a positive review. Having thought long and hard, I decided my yelp star was not for sale

Our refrigerator/freezer wasn't doing it's ONE job! So we called in the professionals. Ali was very responsive and came to our rescue in less than 4 hours after initially reaching out to him. I know they can't always guarantee that, but it was fantastic! He was honest and quick. He was even able to take a look at our dishwasher. We are so thankful for his professional opinion and on-the-spot estimate for our repair. We will definitely be reaching out to Ali again if we need any appliance help in the future!
