KidLinks is committed to linking kids to healing, hope, and happiness through music and media. KidLinks, a 501(c) (3) nonprofit, is the result of a merger between two successful organizations. KidLinks now leverages the resources and talent of Hugworks with the business and financial acumen of The KidLinks Foundation.

Diana led customer facing tech projects at American Airlines for 18 years before serving as interim executive director and strategic initiatives executive consultant for Tri Delta, a national women's fraternity, and then coming to serve as KidLinks' CEO.

Diana serves on the Delta Delta Delta Fort Worth Alumnae Chapter, past advisor to Tri Delta's Phi Lambda Chapter at TCU; past Board member Arts Council of Fort Worth and Tarrant County; past Neighborhood Arts Program grant panel Chair.She is a graduate of the Business Council for the Arts' Leadership Arts Institute, and holds certificates in Nonprofit Management and Outcomes-Based Program Evaluation from CNM Connect.

KidLinks offers free to low cost one-on-one Music Therapy sessions by Board-Certified Music Therapists. Music Therapy (MT) is a client and his/her music therapist using music to accomplish non-musical goals together. These goals are addressed by a credentialed professional who has completed an approved music therapy program.

Therapeutic Music Entertainment (TME) is a musical performance or activity which, by virtue of its diversion, amusement and/or engaging qualities, promotes healing. In person, by sending our entertainers to visit children at hospitals and special care centers around the country. Therapeutic Music Entertainment and Music Therapy have some elements in common.

The messages in KidLinks music gives all kids a healthy, safe and positive way to connect with their emotions. With our music, Kids Can! Our goal is to provide healing experiences for children of all ages through performing arts, music, and media. Over the decades, we've fulfilled this mission by providing Therapeutic Music Entertainment at hundreds of hospitals and special care centers, bringing a bit of hope and fun wherever we've gone.
