We offer recent model "All Wheel Drive" Mazda Tributes, Mazda CX5s, Subaru Outbacks, and Ford Escapes for daily, weekly, and monthly car rental. Drivers must be 21 years old, have proof of insurance, a valid driver's license and a credit card in order to rent a vehicle. Rates start at $79 per day, $475 per week or $1425 per month plus 15.5% excise and sales tax.

Lynn View Lodge is located in Haines Alaska on the shores of Lynn Fjord, the deepest Fjord in North America. Coming to Haines, down the Haines Highway, head through town following signs to the Alaska Marine Highway Ferry Terminal. We are on the left after the Tanani Bay sub-division. Nice house plenty of space one of the best in Haines although it has some flaws it worked great. It has a view of the canal but is not on the water although it is very close. The host is nice and is very responsive but it needs some yard work ie many weeds in gardens and a very very long unmowed lawn that has to be walked through. Overall it is a great place to stay in Haines.

Highly recommend. Definitely should try to rent ahead of time to be sure they have a car for you. They are located in a small shop across the street from the pier where it cruise ship docked -very convenient. Upfront information helped make our paperwork time quick with no surprises. Be sure you are insured as they do not offer insurance as an option. We had a Mazda tribute in great condition which was very comfortable for the 4 of us but could also seat 5. Unlimited mileage, pleasant owners. Shop where you pick up the rental also houses items made by local Haines artisans. Owners provided some

I didn't stay at Lynn View but did rent two vehicles from them for a week and the whole process couldn't have been better. The rates were extremely competitive compared to other places in town, and they even had the cars waiting for us at the ferry dock when we landed. On our ferry out, we were allowed to leave them at the ferry dock again and they would come pick them up later. I highly recommend them for affordable car rentals while in Haines.

My sister and I went to Haines, Alaska this summer.....our first trip to that beautiful state! We highly recommend the place we selected to stay, Lynn View Lodge. The managers were two very welcoming and accommodating people. The lodge and surrounds were clean and comfortable, and the lodge is well-located....quiet, not far from town, with beautiful views! We were also pleased with the car rental service. Our trip to Alaska was a tremendous success!

Proprietors have a great idea but have no clue how to make it work. They are as disorganized as is possible to be. They have a car rental- cars are not given maintenance or even cleaned before handing keys to next renter. They rented our car to another person 3 hours before we agreed to relinquish it. We were stranded for the rest of our stay in Haines. The room we stayed in was not cleaned during our stay. We received no check-out itemized bill. They were unclear about what charges we would be seeing on our credit card. I foresee future problems on that front. I would not encourage anyone to stay
